About the Ministry

As a result of a life-long burden to serve God’s people and be available for them in their last days, Jo Ann Hollway responded to God’s call. As Director of Ramiah Ministries of West Berlin, New Jersey, she has room to care for at least two elderly people in her home at all times. The professional services she makes available through the ministry include:

	Supervision 24 hours a day; 7 days a week
	Assistance with medication and baths
	Meals, comfortable private room, television, telephone
	Professional consultation with physicians
	Resident grooming
	Transportation to obtain medical care
	Basic nursing supplies when needed
	Personal, emotional, and spiritual care
	“Open Door” policy (visiting 8am-9pm)
	Respite and Day Care service available
	Recreational activities

Personal Home Care Fees

Residents living and cared for at Ramiah Ministries’ home facility are requested to pay a monthly fee for the above professional services. Please call for current rates. Resident is required to pay for any exceptional supplies required, which will be discussed at consultation. Ramiah obtains medical consultation and nursing assistance from professional associations.

Qualifications

Jo Ann Hollway serves as Director of Ramiah Ministries. She has approximately 30 years of professional care experience, including:

	Associate in Science Degree
	Bachelor of Science in Bible Degree
	Pre-nursing / applied science education
	4 years as a nursing assistant
	Providing health care since 1983
	2 years professional cooking and meal preparation
	1 year spiritual counseling experience in nursing homes
	Certification by the American Red Cross for medical emergencies and adult CPR
	Graduation from S.J. Professional School of Business; training in small business management
	Completion of courses in Pastoral Counseling and Marriage and Family
	Management of programs on grief and understanding death for women in prison
	Serving as speaker, counselor, and teacher
	Certified by the Dept. of Health and the Dept. of Community Affairs for the completion of the “Residential Care Operator’s Training Program”
