My Shepherd
Who will be my Shepherd? Not one sparrow falls to earth That the Father does not see; Who will mend my broken heart Or slave to sin set free? Who could be my Shepherd? The lilies dressed in beauty, He has kissed with morning dew; Who can know my troubled mind And before men are born He knew? Who would be my Shepherd? Who can calm the stormy sea? The Lord whispers, "Peace, be still." Who can ease my deepest pain Or guide my steps unto His will? Who will be my Shepherd? Oh, Lord, you shall be my Shepherd, And where you lead me I will go; YOU, who bought my worthless soul, On cruel Calvary long ago! -Jo Ann Hollway
Jesus said ... I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. John 10:14 The Lord is me, shepherd,- I shall not want. Psalm 23:1 |
